However, I want to make a reservation right away. If you need to get a box for just a few minutes (for example, to register somewhere), then you can use one of the many that I also wrote about in some detail (read that material at the link provided). Such services do not require registration and often even allow you to send messages anonymously so that you could not be tracked to your return address later. If you don’t need it, then at least you will know that this is possible and you don’t need to pay for it, a priori.

Let me bring list of the most popular E-mail services on the Russian Internet:

Gmail (you can log into your mail, and go through the registration) - Google mail, which I personally have been using since its inception (2005). The service is advanced, reliable, safe, with a good spam cutter and a fancy interface, and therefore it is not always possible to master it completely on the fly. Therefore, I advise you to use my explanations in the article about that. 15 GB of disk space is allocated for mail (read).
Yandex Mail (you can log in to your e-mail, and go through the registration) - a very good product from a well-known brand on the Russian Internet. The "post" interface is simple and straightforward, but at the same time quite functional, so in order not to miss anything, check out my publication on this topic -. Mail.ru (you will find the inbox, but you will be able to create a new email address) - the oldest free postal service in RuNet. You only need to register if you do not have a mailbox in Maila yet. After all, registration is creating a new email with a new address. If you already have a mailbox, you do not need to register!

1 . Open a new tab, type mail.ru in the address bar and press Enter on your keyboard.

3. Fill in each field of the questionnaire.

Name. Type your name.

Surname. Type your last name.

Date of Birth . Indicate the date, month and year of your birth.

Gender. Select gender - male or female.

Desired mailing address... In this line you need to print the name for your future mailbox. You can use both letters and numbers, as well as period, underscore, or hyphen. But the letters must be typed in the Latin alphabet, because all addresses on the Internet are only in English.

Pay attention to the ending of the address. Initially, it is @ mail.ru, but you can choose another: @ inbox.ru, @ list.ru or @ bk.ru.

Password. Here you need to type the code with which you will open your mailbox. It must contain English letters and numbers. At least six and no spaces.

Password confirmation... In this line you need to print the same code as in the previous field.

Phone . Here the site asks to print your mobile number. This is optional, but I highly recommend specifying it. After all, if there are problems with access to the box, the easiest way to restore it will be through the phone.

The most important folder is Inbox. All new messages (except for spam) get into it. Messages that have not yet been opened are highlighted in bold, and those that have already been opened in light blue.

To open a letter, you just need to left-click on it.

How to send a letter

To write and send a letter, click on the button that says "Write a letter" in the upper left corner.

A new page will load. In the "To" line, type the email address of the person you want to write the letter to.

On a note . All Internet addresses are composed of letters of the Latin alphabet (English). There is an @ sign in the middle, followed by a mail site. There is no dot at the end. Example: [email protected]

In the "Subject" line, type the subject of the letter, that is, briefly say what it is about or from whom. You can print a topic in Russian letters.

The text of the letter is printed in a large white field. If there is a lot of text, this field will automatically expand (a slider will appear on the side).

After you fill in the required lines, press the "Submit" button once and wait a few seconds. If everything is in order, the page with the inscription "Your letter has been sent" will load. A copy of the letter will remain in the Sent Items folder.

How to send a file

To send a photo or a document, you need to do the same thing as for a regular email. Namely, fill in the "To", "Subject" fields and print the text of the letter.

But just before clicking the "Submit" button, you need to add the file inside. To do this, click on the inscription "Attach a file" (under the line "Subject").

A small window will appear. Find the photo, document or other file that you want to send in it and double-click on it with the left mouse button.

The window will disappear, and the letter will show the file that you added.

Mail.ru does not open - what to do?

Check if it opens on other devices: on your phone, on another computer. If it opens, then the problem is on your side - most likely, it's a virus.

If Mile does not open anywhere, then in this case we are talking about blocking it.

If you delete "Incoming" correspondence, it will go to the archive. Emails, even deleted ones, are not lost because they are saved in the "All Mail" label.
