What is NAT?

An IP address can be compared to a phone number. "Open" NAT type allows each device to have its own unique number. Strict NAT uses only one telephone number per network.

If you are using a system and NAT of a "medium" or "strict" type, you will also have problems connecting to other players in games like FIFA because you will be limited by their NAT type.
