  • The service "Self-replacement SIM" is not available to subscribers of a separate group of tariff plans with the code 068.
  • The service "Self-replacement SIM" is not provided for the replacement of SIM-cards of services.
  • Blocking "Self-replacement SIM" is enabled by default for registered prepaid subscribers and users of the "Exclusive number" service.

Warranty replacement of the SIM card is not carried out in the following cases:

You can restore a number that was blocked after its expiration date. Renewal is possible within 31 calendar days from the date of blocking.
