The current pace of development of high technologies implies a tireless movement forward and leaves no chance for those who want to go one or two steps behind. With regard to mobile telephony, this means that a user who wants to get a phone purely for talking, generally speaking, has nothing to choose from. Old models have long been out of production, all around the dominance of color displays, polyphony, mobile internet and other features that have become the industry standard. Nonsense? We think not, it is beneficial for manufacturers, but users have to put up with their opinion about what the phone should be like. However, there are exceptions to any rule that, oddly enough, can be pleasant. From this point of view, the phone with the C115 index, recently presented by Motorola, is very desirable, because it is a “breath of clean air” for those who need voice communication without any “bells and whistles”.

Motorola is known for its budget solutions, which are distinguished by acceptable functionality, good quality and extremely low cost. The new device was no exception. motorola C 115. Further we will talk about it, its analogue C116 differs only in design, the models are functionally similar. In C115, the company implemented a simple idea - the phone should ring, work as long as possible, have only the most necessary functions and be convenient.

This model has lithium ion battery with a capacity of 920 mAh. This is the highest battery capacity for Motorola phones today, so it is surprising to see it in a budget model. According to the manufacturer, the device can work up to 200 hours in standby mode and up to 3.5 hours in talk mode. In the conditions of the Moscow MTS network the device lasts about 5-6 days on average with 45-50 minutes of talks and minimal use of other functions. The backlighting of the keys is blue, it is seen well in various conditions, despite the small font on the keys.

The phone does not have any side keys, on the bottom there is only a connector for charger, microphone hole. On the top end there is a hole for a lace. As you can see, everything is austere, because this is a budget phone.

In your hands, if you squeeze the device, it will start to creak. The appearance of extraneous sounds is possible only in the case of typing and strong compression back cover... For most users, its slight backlash will be invisible and, most importantly, inaudible.

Menu

In standby mode, by pressing the left soft key you can call up the phone book, while the right one gives fast access to the Messages menu.
