There are 2 versions standard Xbox One Controller. The very first one that came with the Xbox One doesn't have a wireless feature, while the one that comes with the Xbox One S and X can be connected via Bluetooth.

Connect joystick via Bluetooth not difficult at all. The first thing to check is the presence of a special wireless adapter in your PC or laptop. If everything is there, simply turn on the controller with the Xbox button and hold the controller's link button, which is located on the top panel, for 3 seconds.
