The Volgograd-based SKV company successfully completed an outstanding project based on the ISS technology platform. Full control of the entire network of Lukoil filling stations from a single monitoring center is installed in several regions. The customer of the project was Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt.
The geography of the project covers vast areas of the Volgograd, Rostov, Astrakhan, Belgorod and Voronezh regions. Centralized video monitoring is carried out in more than 40 gas stations. Each of them implements: constant video monitoring of the gas station territory, video monitoring of fuel dispensers, video monitoring of operators when paying with customers and video monitoring of the situation in the store's sales area.
While implementing this complex and at the same time "status" project, the specialists of the SKV company carried out a pre-design survey of facilities, developed a standard solution for a gas station and carried out its scaling, that is, implementation at all facilities of a single network. The final "chord" was the creation of a monitoring center.
Typical solution. The standard solution for gas stations developed by SKV specialists is a video surveillance system that uses analog and megapixel network cameras. The cameras are installed in six zones.
Cameras located near the cash registers are used to monitor the actions of gas station operators and to resolve controversial situations. Cameras at the entrance record the faces of the petrol station visitors. In the trading floor, racks are monitored to prevent theft of goods. Cameras on fuel dispensers allow you to monitor how petroleum products are poured into the cars of gas station customers. On the territory of the gas station, there is a general observation of everything that happens there. In the area of \u200b\u200bthe tank farm, using video surveillance, the process of unloading oil products from fuel trucks is monitored.
For each object, for various zones, equipment was selected taking into account the operating conditions and the tasks set. At each gas station, at the operator's counter, a local workplace is deployed.
All local systems are united into a common network. To solve the main task of the project - to ensure centralized control - a monitoring center was created in the building of the Main Directorate.
Software basis. The operation of each of the local systems is supported by the SecurOS Premium software from ISS. It provides a hybrid configuration consisting of analog and IP cameras, displaying video recordings from cameras installed at the facility, archiving and storing information in the period established by the security service regulations, as well as configuring each workplace for several users.
SecurOS Premium software also made it possible to combine video systems of individual objects and implement a single geographically distributed solution with data transmission to the monitoring center.
Since the SecurOS Premium system supports the POS module, the specialists of the SKV company plan to expand the functionality of the solution in the near future by introducing the SecurOS POS module to control cash transactions.
Equipment. To implement the project, cameras in thermo-housings were used for outdoor installation and dome cameras for indoor use.
Outdoor analog cameras Infinity and digital megapixel cameras Arecont Vision of various models with varifocal lenses manufactured by Tamron were used. The cameras were installed in Wizebox thermal housings, which exclude fogging and frosting of the glass, and also protect the camera from temperature extremes. Lenses with different focal lengths were used depending on the object of observation - a common area or a fuel dispenser.
Domestic analog cameras from Samsung with a varifocal lens are used in the internal premises of the gas station - entrance, ticket area, sales area.
At each of the objects, the video server with installed SecurOS Premium software is mounted in a standard 19-inch communication rack, access to which is limited. Provided the ability to remotely enable, disable and reboot video servers using GSM controllers.
Workplaces and monitoring center. The operator's workplace is organized at each gas station and is located in the sales area at the operator's counter. SecurOS software is configured for several users with appropriate access rights to the system.
All servers are connected to a single local network. A single monitoring center has been deployed in the building of the Main Administration Here you can perform video monitoring of any of the filling stations in real time, adjust the depth of storage of video archives, view video recordings of events that occurred at the filling station for certain time intervals.

In the high season, that is, after the onset of winter, the GTZ is used as a world-class ski resort.
