In 2015, the founder of Liveinternet German Klimenko, who now holds the post of presidential adviser on the Internet, spoke about a similar situation. He explained that he used the services of MegaFon and complained about one of the news sites that redirects users to a page with a video. To view it, the subscriber unconsciously connects a subscription to himself - the terms of use are indicated in an unreadable font in the corner of the screen.
