  • the parcel was sent through large private delivery services - DHL Express, UPS, Fedex, SPSR, Meest, etc., which have their own internal tracking number formation standards. Usually this number has only a numerical format and is tracked on the sites of these services or on aggregator trackers;
  • the package is shipped from China via local carriers.
  • the seller made a mistake in the tracking number. Here you need to check with the seller if the number provided is correct;
  • the seller knowingly provided a false tracking number in order to deceive the customer. This is typical for Chinese sellers from Aliexpress. In this situation, only a dispute will help.

My order was shipped through a national postal operator, but no international tracking number was provided. Why?

Not all mailings will automatically receive an international tracking number. The fact is that all IGOs \u200b\u200bare divided into "small packages" and "parcels". A standard small package (parcel post) is considered to be a shipment weighing less than 2 kg and a tracking number is not assigned to them.
