Correspondence via chat allows you to find out all your questions much faster. If the seller is near the computer, he will quickly give you an answer and you will not have to wait long, as often happens in the method indicated above.

To communicate in this way, click on the icon and a new browser window will open. You may have to log in again by entering your details. After this, you can ask the merchant your questions and receive answers.

Sometimes it happens that a store representative is shown online, but does not provide answers. Therefore, if no one answers you, write a regular offline message.

How to write to the seller from “My Orders”?

If you already have a completed order and have any questions about it, then you can write to the store directly from the order itself.

To do this, go to the “My Orders” page, find the one you need and click either “More details” or “Message to seller” - there is no difference.
