Samsung popularized the big screen for smartphones back in 2011 with the launch of the line Galaxy Note... The phone was considered monstrously huge at the time, and many said it was too big (shovel) to be successful. But fast forward 6 years, we see that now all phones from 5 to 5.5 inches are standard.
