How do parents enter the e-zine?

Sign in on official portal mos.ru, click the "login" button and enter your username and password. (If you have not had time yet, then click the "register" button and fill out the form, indicating SNILS, e-mail, mobile phone number)
Log into your Personal Account and check your details. If they are incomplete, enter everything that is required to gain access to the electronic journal.

The developers do not recommend using the EZD electronic diary in the browser Mozilla Firefox due to possible failures and access denials.
Not all parents have access to the Internet or they cannot check the electronic diary every day.
There may be technical problems with access to the EZD, which will slow down the response to some messages.
Filling out all sections of the EZD is quite laborious for teachers.

Symbols in EZhD: what do they mean

For the convenience of using electronic journals, symbols have been introduced into them, with the help of which it is easier to understand the entries. What are these symbols, and what do they mean:

a dot means the job was not delivered on time. A period, as in a regular paper journal, always means that the teacher has put the question on a note and is waiting for the delivery of the lesson materials. In EZhD, you can click on this point and next to it, an inscription will be displayed, for what kind of work it was delivered. So, both parents and students themselves can pass the material on time. Otherwise, the point will turn into a bad mark;
evaluation with extension. For example, in your diary, you see the mark 5 squared. This means that the teacher has put two fives. The second small number next to the main one means that the weight of the assessment is doubled. This weight affects the weighted average score. That is, the price of such an assessment is higher.

Important! The symbols in the EZD and e-diary often coincide. After all, these two systems are connected. If a teacher puts a mark in the electronic school journal, then it automatically appears in the electronic diary.

How to open the Journal

If you do not want to save the history of your visits in Microsoft Edge, you can use the privacy mode, then third-party sites do not track your data, information about the pages you visited is not saved. The service is connected directly to the head of the educational institution.

The conditions for using the student's online diary are as follows:

Only the parents or legal representatives of the student have access, to whom the login and password can only be issued by the class teacher or another specially assigned person in the educational institution;

Therefore, the use of the MRCO diary begins with registration on the portal of state services.

This happens in several stages:

On home page you must click the "Register" button.

After that, you must fill in all the personal fields and click the "Register" button, which is located at the bottom of the page.

After registration, you need to enter the site. To do this, on the same start page press the big button "Login", then enter your username and password specified during registration, and press the button "Login".

Now, on the official page, you need to go back to the "Electronic student diary (MRKO)". The system will automatically redirect the user authorized on the website of public services to the authorization page in the electronic diary.

Prompt: If the main page does not have an item "Electronic diary of a student (MRKO)", it must be found in the "Education, study" section. This section is located in the menu, which is located on the right side of the main window. Accordingly, to find the desired item there, you need to click on this section. Then the item "Electronic diary of a student (MRKO)" will become visible in the window to the right of the section titles, as shown in Figure 6.

This page looks like the one shown in Figure 7. As for the field called "Account Name", you can enter whatever you want.

It is intended for the case when one parent will check the progress of two or more children, and he wants to create different accounts in the diary.

Then they should be named differently. The fields "Login MRKO" and "Password MRKO" are filled in according to the login and password given by the representative of the educational institution.

After entering all the data and clicking on the "Continue" button, a window will appear for checking the data. Its appearance is shown in Figure 8.

If all the data is correct, you must click the "Finish" button.

After that, you will be logged directly to the personal diary page, that is personal Area parent.

Actually, after entering your personal account, the very same MRKO diary will become visible.

Any marks the teacher puts in this diary or classbook will carry over here.

But an electronic diary has a huge number of advantages.

The main ones are as follows:

Ability to view grades and homework assignments for the selected subject. To carry out this task, you should click on the "Selected subject" tab, which is indicated by the number 1 in Figure 9.
The ability to find out all the marks for the selected period - day, month, quarter or academic year. To complete this task, you need to click on the tab "All estimates" (number 2 in Figure 9).
The ability to find out the final marks for each subject (this is the "Final marks" tab - number 3). This, again, can be done for the selected period.
View grades, lessons, and homework for the entire academic year, including those days and weeks that have passed. To select a schedule for some a certain period time, you must click on the current date and in the drop-down calendar designate the boundaries of the desired week or other time period for viewing. In Figure 9, the date is indicated by number 4.

Other similar services

As one could understand, the MRCO electronic diary is available only for residents of Moscow and the region, since it is located on the portal of public services of the city of Moscow.

But those teachers and students who do not live in the capital can also use modern technologies.

In fact, there are quite a few even more functional services that provide almost the same functionality.

These features boil down to the ability to give grades online for teachers and the ability to view those grades for parents.
