Competition in the labor market is growing, management strives to hire only the best employees, who, in turn, try to do everything to remain so. But work is not a wolf. It often turns out that a person simply needs a few days off. In this case, he has the opportunity to write application for leave at your own expense.

Main reasons for writing an application

An application for leave at your own expense is submitted in many cases: marriage, birth of a child, death of a relative, and so on. It does not matter what reason prompted the employee to write this document, but such leave does not imply any labor payments.

The manager has the right to refuse

To receive some time off from work, only an application and consent from the manager is required. But you should not plan any actions in advance, since the latter has the right to refuse. The duration of leave is determined only by the parties named in the request for leave.

Any employee can submit an application for leave at his own expense, regardless of length of service in the company, position held and other parameters. Special privileges are available to working disabled people, participants of the Great Patriotic War and pensioners.

Solution:

Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers -> Printer Properties -> Ports tab -> select USB instead of Print to File

And now some pictures where everything is shown step by step.

1. First of all, go to the Control Panel, select the view by category and go to “Hardware and Sound”

2. Go to “Devices and Printers”

3. Here it is - our printer! Please note that the printer is not virtual, but physical. Everything is as expected, selected by default.

4. Open the printer properties by clicking right button mouse over the printer icon. In the window that opens, select the “Ports” tab. If checked "Print to file" - this is the reason why the printer does not print.

5. Check the box USB connection « Virtual Printer Port". For example, for me it is port USB001.

6. Click OK. Now printing should work, all your documents and photos will be successfully printed :) Thank you for your attention and have a nice day!
