The second half is a container with toner, with which the cartridge "prints". It also includes: a charging roller, a photo roll, a metering blade and other auxiliary mechanisms.

Let's start disassembling the cartridge. To do this, unscrew the screws on the side covers of the cartridge. Further analysis of the cartridge will depend on your desire and what you want to do with the cartridge. It can be disassembled almost to the ground, for example, to replace the photo tube or thoroughly clean the cartridge components, or you can limit yourself to partial disassembly. The easiest thing left! Take the toner bottle, shake it well, screw on the funnel and add the toner. Remember to close the plug. Next, we install the side cover and fasten the mining hopper. At the final stage, it is necessary to turn the cartridge drum by the gear to make sure that the cartridge does not wedge.
