15. In the game, my mouse cursor jerks / freezes. What to do?
Please follow these guidelines:
- Go to Start -\u003e Control Panel -\u003e Mouse. Go to the "Pointer parameters" tab and uncheck the "Enable increased pointer positioning precision" checkbox,
- Disconnect all additional controllers from the computer (joysticks, gamepads, etc.),
- Disable, if you have installed, all keyboard interceptors (Punto Switcher, etc.),
- If you are the lucky owner of a laptop, please disable the touchpad programmatically,
- Update device software to latest version and reset all parameters to their defaults (if this does not help, completely uninstall this software),
- If your mouse has a DPI setting, try testing at each value.

The problem was not fixed, what should I do?
- You should contact the Warface user support center

- Oddly enough, they answer, though not quickly, but in essence they will help to eliminate the most intricate troubles. They themselves are interested so as not to lose the player.
